Sajid Gheta anchored the 'World Disability Day' in honour of ADITYA MEHTA.

      This 'World Disability Day' was celebrated by RNCT in honour of ADITYA MEHTA, two-time para-cycling silver medallist at the Asian Paralympics & Limca Record holder for being the first amputee cyclist to complete a 100 km ride in 5.5 hours...which now he can complete comfortably in 4-4.5 hours.
His biggest achievements so far has been to ride from Manali to KhardungLa standing at 17,582 feet.
Aditya has cycled over 40,000 kilometres in a period of 2.5 years.

      The MAN has successfully SEPARATED the DIS from his ABILITIES and becoming a living inspiration for millions of unfortunate one who have been hit with a stroke of bad luck.
Aditya Mehta Foundation is working towards the upliftment of these unfortunate disable people.

      As i am coming to an end of my write up i am wondering as to what is it in this person that keeps him away from the fact of being disable?
"As somebody said that, one should not show his opponent that you are in pain" i dont know... Really!! Maybe he must be referring to the ring.
As for Aditya, i feel how does it matter? He does not feel the pain anyways.

       May God save us from this adversity and may God save the already unfortunate ones from de-motivation and instead give them strength to turn "TRAGEDY INTO TRIUMPH" Ameen.

- AIMF (All India Memon Federation) managing committee member for 25 years.
- Various other forms of Philanthropy activities all over India.

The first ever stage i stepped on was this in 1986 in my 1st std. I get back as a professional anchor after doing 1200 shows globally. Nostalgic was my situation, gratitude was my behaviour, pride was in meeting my gurus, attached was my soul, responsibility was my outfit. I thank God for being kind in giving me 'the' opportunity to be a product of St Peter's School.

The chief guest of the Rock fest '15 was yet another ex-student and a great personality of India Mr Merzin Tavaria founder of Prime Focus (Man behind the VFX and 3D of #Transformers #MenInBlack #StarWars #HarryPottar #SeventhSon #WarCraft #SinCity and #Kick #EkThaTiger #Ghajini etc.)

Apart from all this is was a great pleasure meeting the current Pricipal Mr Eugene D'monte, in his leadership the school's infrastructural development is at its peak and the overall ranking is speeding back to the top like it use to be in the times of the 'Legendary Pricipal Mr E.G. Myall'.

Apart from being a legendary businessman Shri Ratan Tata is a philanthropist and more than 65% of his share is invested in charitable trusts. His aim has been to raise the quality of life for Indians along with Human Development. 

Mr Tata thinks that 'Philanthropy' can be seen in different perspectives, earlier 'philanthropy' was to develop institutions, charitable hospitals etc. whereas, now it’s more about nation building.

HER STORY IN HER WORDS:
My courage, determination and dedication played important role in achieving my goal. Leg is but obviously required to climb Mt. Everest, but what is needed most is a brave heart. I conquered Mt. Everest on 21st May, 2013 by dint of my firm determination and strong will power. That accident was a turning point of my life but I didn't want to be dependent on others so I made up my mind and decided to do something that would set an example for others and especially who are going through the same phase. I chased my goal of conquering Mt. Everest with passion.I defied all the odds and have become an inspiration for millions of such people who are physically disabled or handicapped by achieving my goal which is unthinkable to many.

The night of celebrating the ORS of Jagdhalay Ltd being acquired by Johnson & Johnson at a hotspot in Mumbai with loads of conferencing during the day to loads of entertainment towards the evening by yours truly Anchor Sajid Gheta, standup act by Naveen Prabhakar (Pehchaan Koun fame) and the dj adding fire for the dance floor.

It was a challenge thrown on me to make these bankers from Axis to really let loose and dance, participate, perform and enjoy (the belief being that they can't and don't) !! In the end of it this Myth was extinct in their minds. Event hosted in Aamby Valley.

Anchored a fantastic event for one of India's leading realty companies 'Channel Partners Meet 2013' with 'Mumbai Realty Club'. The event introduced the board of directors and the Managing director Mr Abdul Hamid Nathani. Also showcased their brand new project Nathani Heights a 72 storey premium apartment building in Mumbai Central. There were some beautiful speeches and presentations by the MD Mr Hamid Nathani and the Founder Director of Mumbai Realty Club Mr Raj Shah. The event ended with attractive brokerages announced and high dinner. I was honoured to be the anchor of yet another fabulous event. Thankyou Allah.

Sajid Gheta, Anchor for the WMO Youth Wing India Chapter

Fortunately I got to anchor a magnificent event on 27th Sep. for WMO Youth Wing India Chapter with Politicians & Business Tycoons like Prof. Sohail Lokhandwala (MLA), Advocate Yusuf Abrani (MLA), Nazamudin Raynee (Minority), Officer Iqbal (V.P WMO), Mr Nathani (ASG WMO) and Shahid Sangani (COO WMO) as guest of honours for appointing Zubair Chasmawalla as the Chairman and launching Youth Wing WMO India Chapter.

Their 1st Initiative,

Forgotten Faces.

The "Forgotten Faces" initiative was launched at Bhiwandi. A bustling township around 50 kms from Mumbai.

The event was hosted by the Bhiwandi Women's Educational & Welfare Trust and supported by the NSS (National Services Scheme) wing of the G.M.Momin Ladies College.

The main highlight of the event was the presentation of the ten photographs along with their verbal documentaries.

Through these the WMO Youth Wing intends to share the woeful plight of our less fortunate brothers and sisters with the world so that funds could be procured to ease their misery and sufferings.

Mr. Shahid Sangani(COO WMO) graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

The event was well attended and the hall was packed to its rafters. The organization was remarkable,  right from the Tilawat e Quran at the start, to the eloquent compere Mr. Shoaib, the dynamic event manager Mrs Aqsa, the amazing cinematographer Mr. Mohsin and the entire dependable team of the Bhiwandi Women's Educational and Welfare Trust. Special mention of Mrs. Sharmin Batliwala and Mrs. Farheen.

The revelation of the event was Mrs. Shabana Shehzad Darvesh. Not only did she organise the event in a meticulous manner and encourage her entire team but made  motivational speeches which captivated the audience. Take a bow.

Last but not the least, Mrs Aqsa was the heart of the ceremony. Her dedication and efforts
were there for all to see. We are so proud of her and her NSS team of the G.M.Momin Ladies College.

We have promised funds to those most afflicted by poverty and Inshallah hope to implement the FORGOTTEN FACES program on a national stage after it met with phenomenal success at its launch in Bhiwandi and helped us to accumulate funds for the poor of our community.

Disappointing, Rubbish, Boring, Very Bad, Very Sad, Time waste, Money waste.....etc etc.
Milan lutaria pls think again about ur directing choices, Akshay Kumar was his worst performance, Ekta Kapoor! thank God u decided another date and saved the long eid weekend and pls never think of this kind of rubbish stories. Imran come on dont make mistakes too many times. Sonakshi hahahahah, Script writer go for a vacation and dialogue writer ufff I dont know what to tell about him.
Ladies and gentlemen pls save ur hard earned money and dont fill these people's pockets unnecessarily.
I want to praise atleast one thing about the movie and that is, that it got over!!!

Sajid Gheta, Having fun after anchoring

After anchoring so many shows in life, I tried my hand at DJ'ing after an event. I realised that playing music for someone is more fun then just listening and partying away till sunrise. :-)
As a speaker we have to be alert all the time and trust me speaking for an audience is very tiring and its takes a toll on ur health, but its addictive and I do it coz I love to give a lovely time. Djing and anchoring are similar in terms of understanding the pulse of the audience and going along whether u like it or not :-)
Apart from the show and djing at this event in Singapore, I toured the country to most of the tourist places and got good memories back of the people, santosa island, safari, the wheel, the coffee's, the liter free streets, little india, mustafa bazaar etc. If u go there u will for sure feel that every person looks similar, walk similarly, live similarly, talk similarly, and at times u cud mistake a sheboy for girl (that close :-D).
It was a Met Life Insurance and Geojeet Paribas award ceremony for their employees, most of them were south indians, I toured the country with them and I really feel good about them as they really comforted me by talking in english occasionally at the midst of their conversation in malyalam. Well this is it for now, will keeep bloging for u. Take care.
